How is the paid plan priced?
Our paid plan is priced per house per month, making it extremely affordable and scalable. The exact price depends on the number of units in your society. Contact our sales team for a custom quote tailored to your society size.
What happens when the free trial ends?
After your trial period ends, your society can upgrade to the paid plan to continue uninterrupted access. If you purchase a paid plan during your trial, it activates automatically after the trial period expires — so you never lose a day.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No. iSmartSociety is completely transparent in pricing. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no per-feature costs. You pay one simple per-unit price that covers the entire platform.
Can I get a discount for a larger society?
Yes! We offer special discount plans for larger societies and long-term commitments. Our team can also create custom duration-extension or amount-reduction deals. Speak to our sales team for a tailored proposal.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No long-term contracts required. Our paid plans are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles. Yearly plans come with a significant discount compared to monthly billing.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers for plan purchases. In Phase 2, Razorpay integration will be available directly within the app for maintenance bills.
